Tech Support

In the event of a school closure, please continue to use the tech help desk email address (tech@ssfs.org) to request tech support. The IT Department will be monitoring this system, and will reply via email with answers or to set up a time for a remote support session.

Zoom's screen-sharing technology includes the ability to give a remote user control of your computer. The IT Department can use this feature to provide remote tech support. In this scenario, you would receive a Zoom meeting URL from IT. Once you join that meeting (at a mutually agreed upon time), IT will be able to see your screen and provide support. A Zoom meeting can also be joined from a cell phone (if your laptop is not working.)
