Monitoring the Virtual Classroom

  • Moving- Incorporate whole group and breakout sessions to increase active engagement.

  • Scanning- Teacher and TAs and other service providers constantly monitoring the virtual classroom to ensure student attention, engagement, and active participation.

  • Interacting frequently -Positive feedback and interactions to encourage, reinforce and correct.
