Cal High Minds:
Mental Health Advocacy Club

Cal High Minds is a Mental Health Advocacy club to spread awareness and reduce stigma around mental health on the Cal High campus. We are currently transitioning into a new organization partner for the 2024-2025 school year after spending our first 2 years as NAMI on Campus, and partnering with the Erika's Lighthouse Club as an affiliate club this past semester for additional tools to provide interesting and engaging activities for our student body.

As we move forward we will be working to offer more interactive and active opportunities for students and the entire Cal High community to engage in learning and knowledge around mental health and mental wellness in partnership with our campus Wellness Center, the Zen Den.
