Personal Fitness
Personal Fitness is part of an Alberta Education initiative under the umbrella of Health Pathways. It is a movement based course that runs primarily out of the Bellerose Fitness Centre. The aim of the Personal Fitness program at Bellerose is to enable individuals to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to lead an active, healthy lifestyle. We are committed to offering a learning experience that is innovative and combines cooperation, participation, and lifelong fitness.
