Honey Clove Roasted Ham - $13 lbb

1/2 pound of carved meat per person average.

Pit Smoked Whole Hams slowly roasted over charcoal for a flavor and crust that is one-of-a-kind. Basted over and over to form layers and layers of flavor that can't be beat! Our baste is made with honey, brown sugar, cloves and a variety of mustards.

Apple Walnut Pumpernickel Stuffing
2qt Gravy

Whole young turkey roasted stuffed with Granny Smith apples, oranges, lemons, rosemary and Vidalia onions roasted over charcoal. While roasting, the turkey's are sprayed with a lemon and apple juice blend for a crispy charred skin. Apple Walnut Pumpernickel stuffing and giblet gravy served on the side.

Citrus Roasted Turkey Breast - $16 lb

1/2 pound of carved meat per person average.

Young turkey breast roasted slowly on our charcoal rotisseries with rosemary and basted with apple and lemon juices for a taste that is one of a kind. Turkey Gravy served on the side.

This has been a family favorite for Thanksgiving for years in the SpitfireZ family. Spinach, butter, garlic, parmesan cheese, seasoned croutons ,and a special spice blend. Rolled and baked for an addicting appetizer that can't be beat.

Sue's Lasagna (meat) - $45 9-12pc

Sue has the families recipe that has been passed down throughout the years, and is now bringing this delicious lasagna to the masses. Seasoned and marinated ricotta cheese, layered mozzarella, provolone, & parmesan cheeses, and finished with her sauce loaded with beef and pork.

Italian Wedding Soup - $9 qt

Rich chicken stock, roast chicken, mini meatballs, spinach and orzo are added to a classic mirepoix of celery, carrot and onion.
