Register with the Parish

Thank you for registering your contact details with the Catholic Churches of Mid Sussex.

These details will be used for the parish office and priests and deacons to get in touch with you and to send out the bulletin/newsletter. This form is for everyone. If you have already signed up in the past, you will need to do so again via this form, to continue receiving it. It will never be shared with anyone without first asking your permission.

If you are filling out this form on behalf of someone else who is less confident with technology, please leave a note in the 'notes' section to say who to contact as an alternative for that person.

A note for couples and families: If one adult fills out the form, they will have the opportunity to add their spouse and that will create an entry for them. Either parent can add children under 18 using the 'add child' button.

Please ask all adults in your household to fill out the form.

At the very end, you'll need to accept the Privacy Policy,  so the "submit details" button changes from pale grey to dark blue.
