Workshopen vil gi en introduksjon til naturen/friluftslivet som inkluderingsarena, og bidra til å identifisere barrierer for inkludering av flere i organisasjonen/gruppen. Gjennom idemyldring vil man også finne konkrete og gjennomførbare tiltak for inkludering, og hvordan man kan få en mer åpen organisasjonskultur.

English description:
The workshop will provide an introduction to nature / outdoor life as an inclusion arena, and help to identify barriers to the inclusion of more people in the organization / group. Through brainstorming, one will also find measures for inclusion, and how to get a more open organizational culture.

KFUM-Spejderne har siden 2007 samarbejdet om demokratiudvikling i Tunesien sammen med Les Scouts Tunisiens, støttet af blandt andet Messengers of Peace, Udenrigsministeriet DUF - Dansk Ungdoms Fællesråd. Partnerskabet er blevet hædret for at skabe store resultater omkring kapacitetsopbygning af unge, opstart af nye spejdergrupper og samfundsudvikling. På workshoppen vil man blive introduceret til partnerskabet med særligt fokus på, hvordan længerevarende udviklingsindsatser skaber stor effekt.

English description:
KFUM-Spejderne has since 2007 coorporated with Les Scouts Tunisiens with focus on society development and anti-radicalization in Tunisia. The partnership has made huge results within youth empowerment, membership growth and democratization of the Tunisian society. The partnership is called Future Leaders and some of the doners are the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, DUF - The Danish Youth Council and Messengers of Peace.

In The Norwegian YWCA-YMCA Scouts there are a few groups that has scouting for children and adults with special needs. One of those are "De Makalause" or "The Incomparable's" and they are from Brønnøysund. They wish in this session to share some experiences from their work, and contribute with suggestions on how other can make it work.

Som speiderorganisasjoner har sitter vi på mye viktig informasjon og kunnskap rundt forskjellige temaer. Vi er også viktige organisasjoner for barn og unge i alle de nordiske landene, og er dermed en relevant stemme mener vi selv. Norges speiderforbund har jobbet de siste tre årene med å plassere seg som en relevant samfunnsaktør å snakke med innenfor relevante temaer. Arbeidet har resultert i at vi blir spurt om å uttale oss. I denne økta vil vi dele våre erfaringer samtidig som det legges til rette for diskusjoner og deling, altså en workshopøkt.

As organisations for guides and scouts, we have different informasjon and knowledge relevant for governaceprosesses. As well, we are important organisations for children and youth in all the Nordic countries, and this should make us interesting for the government. The Norwegian Guide and Scout association have the last three years worked towards being heard on subjects relevant to us. This has resulted in us being asked for our opinion. In this session we will share our experiences as well as making room for discussions and sharing thoughts and experiences, a workshop session.
