When we couldn't meet our scouts in person we had to come up with new ways of scouting, even though Among Us is a great game we had to spice it up with different kinds of activities. From sending out different daily activities to our scouts, to creating an online world in Minecraft, to hosting an online murder mystery game, we found our ways to make scouting fun online!

Stift bekendtskab med WAGGGS nye ledelsesmodel; en ledelsesmodel der tager udgangspunkt i, at det der gør en leder god ikke nødvendigvis er specifikke kompetencer - det er i langt højere grad de værdier og det perspektiv samt den måde man handler på, der gør, at man i en given situation er en god leder.

Modellen tager afsæt i seks forskellige mindsets der har til formål at skabe bevidsthed om de forskellige nuancer af lederskab. Ved at bruge de seks mindsets aktivt får vi mulighed for at reflektere og udvikle på måden "vi gør" lederskab på i de arenaer vi befinder os i.

På workshoppen får du en introduktion til de seks mindsets og så skal vi arbejde aktivt med dem.

Become acquainted with WAGGGS' new leadership model; a model which is based on the view that it is not necessarily specific competences that makes a great leader - it is rather the values, perspectives and behaviour of a leader that matter and result in great leadership in a certain context.

The model is based on six different mindsets which is used as the main tool to make leadership practice conscious. By actively using the six mindsets we become able to reflect and develop on the way we practice leadership in different contexts.

In the workshop you will get an introduction to the six mindsets and then we will be working actively with them.

Scouterna delar med sig av sitt arbete med Anpassat ledarskap. Utbildningar och workshops finns till för att fördjupa ledares förmåga att anpassa sitt ledarskap till barn och unga med neuropsykiatrisk funktionsnedsättning. Konceptet ska även ge ledare förståelse för hur det anpassade ledarskapet kompletterar Scouternas pedagogik. Kopplat till workshopen kommer du som deltar få testa webbkursen i Anpassat ledarskap/Adapted Leadership.

The Guides and Scouts of Sweden share their experiences from working with Adapted Leadership. The purpose of the training is to deepen leaders' ability to adapt their leadership to children and young people with neurodevelopmental disorders. The concept should also give leaders an understanding of how the adapted leadership complements the Scout Method and non-formal education. Participants in this workshop will be given the opportunity to try the web course in Adapted Leadership.
