Åpningen er tilgjengelig fra konferansesalen og strømmes direkte til Youtube.

Vi ønsker velkommen til “Norge” og får høre litt om hvordan man lager en digital konferanse. Det blir en liten stemningsrapport fra alle land i Norden, og vi får med oss sjefene i WAGGGS og WOSM, Heidi Jokinen og Craig Turpie. Og selvsagt blir det vafler og brunost!

Vi utfordrer alle til å bli kjent på tvers i Norden! Til dette har vi laget et tradisjonelt navnebingo. Ta kontakt på Gather og finn en personer som passer til hver oppgave. En person kan kun brukes en gang. Lenke til bingoen blir delt i Gather.

1015 - Keynote - Silja Markkula

Silja er president i European Youth Forum, og selvsagt speider. Hun har også mange års erfaring fra Finlands ungdomsråd, Alliansi. Mange kjenner henne igjen fra tidligere speiderkonferanser.

1045 - Forberedelser til presidiemøtet - Nordisk speiding 2022-2024

Vi får en introduksjon til økten fra Norges ICer. Etterpå vil det være påvirkningstorg hvor fire spørsmål skal diskuteres (det vil være åtte grupper, så alle fire spørsmål kan diskuteres på skandinavisk og engelsk). Det vil være en moderator i hver gruppe. Du går selv til det spørsmålet du synes er spennende, og blir så lenge du vil.

1500 - Oppsummering fra påvirkningstorget - I Gather Town

Økta før pausen blir oppsummert i plenumssalen. Hvis vi får tid vil det også være mulig for landene å komme med noen refleksjoner om sakene til presidiemøttet.

Dersom man har endringsforslag til samarbeidsgrunnlaget eller virksomhetsplanen leveres disse av organisasjonens IC, seinest kl. 19.00 CEST. Etter dette vil en nordisk skrivegruppe gå igjennom endringsforslagene og klargjøre dokumentene til presidiemøtet på søndag.

Nordic Race blir den virtuelle utgaven av Nordic Evening!

Hvert land skal ha forberedt en spennende oppgave og har sitt eget møterom i Gather til aktiviteten.

Alle som vil være med møter opp i Leirbålsområdet i Gather kl 20.00 (ut døra til venstre i resepsjonen). Her kan du sette deg ved ett av bordene og fra disse kommer det til å bli delt inn i nordiske patruljer på tvers av landene som sammen skal gå rundt og gjennomføre oppgavene hvert land har forberedt. Spre gjerne delegasjonen utover de forskjellige bordene.

Solveig er stortingsrepresentant, tidligere speidersjef i Norges speiderforbund og har i år nominert speiderbevegelsen til Nobels fredspris.

1900 - Opening Ceremony

The opening is available from the conference hall and is streamed directly to Youtube.

We welcome you to "Norway" and hear a little about how to make a digital conference. There will be a short status report from the Nordic countries, and we will get greetings from the chairs of WAGGGS and WOSM, Heidi Jokinen and Craig Turpie. And of course there will be waffles and brown cheese!

1945 Get together - Bingo

We challenge everyone to get to know each other across the Nordics! For this we have made a traditional name bingo. Contact each other in Gather and find a person who fits each task. A person can only be used once in the form. Link to the bingo will be shared in Gather.

There will be a virtual prize to the people who first manage to send a screenshot of their completed bingo sheet to nsk21@scout.no

1015 - Key Note - Silje Markkula

Silja is the president of the European Youth Forum, and of course a member of our movement. She also has many years of experience from the finnish national youth council, Alliansi. Many of you will know her from previous guiding/scouting conferences.

1045 - Preparations for the Presidium meeting - Nordic Scouting 2022-2024

We will be given an introduction to this session from the ICs of Norway. Afterwards, there will be group discussions (påvirkningstorg) where four questions will be discussed (there will be eight groups, so all four questions can be discussed in Scandinavian and English). There will be a moderator in each group. You go to the question you think is exciting, and stay as long as you want.

1300 - Break - lunch

There will be a short preparation meeting with the coordinators at 1300 in Gather - NUGATTI.

1500 - Summary from discussions - only in Gather Town

The session before the break is summarized in the plenary hall. If we have time, it will also be possible for the countries to share reflections regarding the Presidium meeting

If you have proposals for changes to the basis of cooperation (Samarbeidsgrunnlag) and Activity plan (Virksomhetsplan), these have to be delivered by the organization's IC, no later than 19.00 CEST. After this, a Nordic writing group will review the amendments and prepare the documents for the presidium meeting on Sunday.

2000 - Nordic Race

Nordic Race will be the virtual edition of Nordic Evening!

Each country has prepared its own exciting task/game and will have a meeting room in Gather for this activity.

Everyone who wants to join shows up in the Campfire Area in Gather at 20.00 (out the door on the left in the reception). Here you can sit at one of the tables and from these it will be divided into Nordic patrols across the countries that will go around together and carry out the tasks each country has prepared. Feel free to spread the delegation across the various tables.

10.15 - Key Note - Solveig Schytz

Solveig is a Member of Parliament and former Chief Commissioner in The Noregian Guide and Scout Association, who has nominated the Guide and Scout Movement to the Nobel Peace Prize.
