SPRINGFIELD PLATTEVIEW COMMUNITY SCHOOLS 24-25
Dear Parents and Community Members,
I hope this message finds you well and that you are enjoying the end of summer. As we conclude the first few weeks of the school year at Springfield Platteview Community Schools, I am delighted to report that things are going exceptionally well.
Our students have returned with enthusiasm, and it’s been wonderful to see them engaging in their learning with renewed energy and curiosity. Our dedicated staff has been working diligently to create a welcoming and stimulating environment where every student can thrive.
As we move into September, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for your ongoing support and partnership. Your involvement is essential to our success, and together, we are making a meaningful impact on our students' educational experiences.
This month, we proudly observe National Attendance Awareness Month. Consistent attendance is a crucial factor in student success and engagement. By making school a priority and ensuring your child misses as few days and periods as possible, you play a significant role in their learning and progress. Even just two missed days a month can influence their development. Let’s work together to enhance attendance and support our students’ growth.
We have several exciting events and initiatives planned for the coming months, and we encourage you to stay connected and involved. Whether it’s attending school events, volunteering, or simply staying informed about your child’s progress, your engagement makes a difference. Thank you for being an integral part of our school community. We look forward to a fantastic year ahead and are confident that with your continued support, we will achieve great things together.
Warm Regards,
Ryan Saunders, Ed.D.
Superintendent Springfield Platteview Community Schools
