Skip all steps that indication storing items in envelops...and collaboration with other artits.
You may use CARDBOARD as your backing and glue down colored construction paper over the board this will give your work a good solid base. If you DO NOT have cardboard then you may just glue your designs onto contrustion paper.
Cut your board/paper to 5x7in workspace.
If you DO NOT have POPSICLE STICKS you may just skip this step and draw designs/patterns on the bottom of your paper to serve as your table.
If you DO NOT have colored construction paper at home you may skip the collage (or gluing of different paper shapes) onto your paper and simply draw your Folk Art Vase Design onto your paper with Markers, Crayons, or Colored Pencils.

If you DO NOT have Oil Pastels you may add color using Crayon for the hearts and marker for the "message." You may blend your oils with a tissue you do not need to add the smoothing agent.
You DO NOT have to use the PENCIL TRANSFER Method to write your message on your heart...feel free to just write or free hand your message directly onto the heart.
