Instead of cutting out your city and pasting it onto a "Starry Night" background as mentioned in the video please add silly James Rizzi inspired items to your sky...such as a sun with a face a moon, clouds, spaceship, stars, birds, flowers hearts, etc.
Once your Rizzi City is completed in pencil use Markers, Crayons, or a combonation of the two to add color to your Silly City.

Pro Tip...Draw your Shark first using a pencil this way if you make a mistake you can erase and start over. Once you are happy with your design trace over your pencil lines with Sharpie.
Your Shark may be any colors you want it to be.
