Items to mark start and landing point.
Place an item on the floor to use as your starting point for your jump. This is where you will start each of your jumps.
Start with both feet on the ground from your starting point and jump as far as you can while keeping your feet together.
Place an item on the floor where both of your feet landed (landing point).
Measure the distance of your jump from your starting point to your landing point using a tape measure. If you do not have a tape measure you can measure your distance by using steps (1 large step is roughly 3 feet)
Complete this jump 3 times and measure each attempt. After 3 attempts take your furthest distance and record as your final score. Please record in feet and inches (ex: 10ft 9in)
