Shooting: How many goals can you make out of 5 Attempts?
Equipment
Soccer ball or something similar in size to a soccer ball
Soccer goal or two items that can be placed down as the goal posts
Something to mark the Shooting line
Set-up
The two goal posts should be 13 Feet apart. You can either measure this out by using a tape measure or taking 5 large steps between the items you are using as goal posts.
Your shooting line will be 20 Feet away from the goal line. You can measure this using a tape measure or by taking 8 large steps from the goal line to where the shooting line will be.
Scoring
You will take 5 Shots by lining up your ball on the shooting line and shooting at the goal. You will receive 10 points for each successful goal scored. The maximum score for this event is 50. The minimum score is 0. (i.e. If you score 3 out of the 5 goals, your final score will be 30)
Dribbling: How fast can you dribble a soccer ball?
Equipment
Soccer ball or something similar in size to a soccer ball
10 Cones or something that can be placed on the ground to act as cones
Something to time yourself such as a stop watch or phone
Set-Up
Place your 10 cones or items used as cones 1.5 meters or 5 feet from each other in straight line. You can do this by using a tape measure or by taking 2 large steps between each cone.
Scoring
You will start at the first cone or item used as a cone and dribble the ball in and out in a weaving pattern to the last cone or item used as a cone.
Using your timing device you will time how long it takes you to dribble between the cones or items used as cones.
You will add 5 seconds to your total time for every cone or item used as a cone you missed. (i.e. If you missed 2 cones and your total time was 20 seconds you will add 10 seconds making your final time 30 seconds)

Toe Touches: How many toe taps can you do in 60 seconds?
Equipment
Soccer ball or something similar in size to a soccer ball
Something to time yourself such as a stop watch or phone
Set-up
Place the Ball on the ground in front of you with one foot on the top of the ball and the other foot on the ground.
When the time starts you will alternate feet to the top of the ball by placing the foot that started on the ground to the top of the ball and the foot that was on the ball to the ground.
Scoring
Once time starts you will begin your toe touches and count how many you can do in 60 seconds.
Passing (Individual): How many passes can you make in 60 Seconds?
Equipment
Soccer ball or something similar in size to a soccer ball
Something to time yourself such as a stop watch or phone
Something sturdy to kick against such as a wall or a partner
Set-Up
Stand 3 meters or 10 feet away from your partner you are kicking to or sturdy object you are kicking against.
You can measure this by using a tape measure or taking 4 large steps.
When the time starts you will pass back and forth with your partner or sturdy object.
Scoring
Once time starts you will count how many passes you made individually in 60 seconds. Total number of passes is your final score
Passing (Unified): How many passes can you and your Unified Partner make in 60 Seconds?
Equipment

Something to time yourself such as a stop watch or phone
A Unified Partner
Set-Up
Stand 3 meters or 10 feet away from your unified partner. You can measure this by using a tape measure or taking 4 large steps.
When the time starts you will pass back and forth with your partner
Scoring
Once time starts you will count how many passes were made between Athlete and Unified Partner. Total number of passes is your final score
