To create an editable version of these coaching guides, open them and navigate to File > Make a copy. Rename the new copy Coaching Guide #_PT Name. Share the new copy with your PT via Google Docs so that he or she can upload it to their portfolio.
Alternately, you may print and fill out by hand, and your PT can scan and upload the documents to their portfolio.
