Continuum of Teaching Practice

Over the course of your induction program, you will be asked to evaluate your progress and growth along the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTP) Continuum. In order to track your growth, you will need to rank yourself along the continuum three times over the course of induction:

• Self-evaluation 1 - September of Year 1
• Self-evaluation 2 - September of Year 2
• Self-evaluation 3 - April of Year 2

In addition to ranking yourself along the continuum, you will need to describe evidence to support your ranking for each of the 6 CSTPs.
