Over the course of induction, you will partner with a trained Support Provider (SP) to schedule classroom observations. Your Support Provider will gather evidence during classroom observations, to assess teaching practice and identify strengths and areas for growth. This information will be used in subsequent inquiries into your teaching practice.
Complete the Lesson Plan portion (page 1) of the Lesson Plan and Reflection template prior to your observation, and provide it to your Support Provider. During the observation, your SP will complete the Observation Form. After the observation, complete the Reflection portion (page 2) of the Lesson Plan and Reflection Template. Finally, you will meet with your SP to discuss this reflection and debrief your SPs observation notes.
