Individualized Learning Plan (ILP)
Overview
By the completion of the Induction Program, you are required to demonstrate growth in each of the six California Standards for the Teaching Profession. Each year you participate in Induction, you will select at least one CSTP standard that you would like to study in depth and improve upon.
The Individual Learning Plan (ILP) provides the road map for your induction work as well as guidance for your support provider in providing mentoring and coaching. Your goals will drive your self assessments, research, professional development, and inquiry focus. Your support provider will use your selected CSTP standard to collect evidence of your growth over time.
