Climbing is one of the most exciting and exhilarating experiences around! A full brain and body challenge that requires technique, nerve and agility but yet is accessible to everyone, of all ages and abilities including people with specific disabilities. Climbing has also been shown to have huge benefits for wellbeing and mental health.
Indoor or outdoor, from small roadside boulders to long mountain routes, you may find that climbing unlocks a long enduring connection with nature and a passion for an activity that keeps you mentally and physically healthy.
