training for managers

OPEN COURSES

One-day or half-day, participative training sessions designed to introduce management concepts, develop the ability of participants to apply these concepts in real life scenarios and build the skills required to make your organisation more effective. Learning alongside managers from a range of organisations can bring refreshing insights and ideas.

IN-HOUSE COURSES

Run for a number of staff within the same organisation. Specific areas can be explored 'in-depth' in the context of the issues faced by the organisation, enabling common understanding, solutions and objectives to be established, increasing the impact within the organisation

We can deliver training at your venue, or we can source a venue at a convenient location. Prior to running in-house courses, we prefer to spend a short time talking to you in order to add as many bespoke elements to suit your organisational context as possible. We are happy to conduct evaluations of the training and work with you to help implement learning points and action plans arising from the training.

Our list of standard programmes is detailed below, however we are able to develop other training programmes, and create ongoing modular programmes, induction programmes or programmes linked to consultancy and research into your organisation and markets.
