Zoom Phone will appear as a tab in the Zoom desktop application on your computer. You can make and receive calls using your Smith phone number from wherever you have the app installed, including your computer or mobile device (optional). It looks and functions like the phone app on a smartphone.

View calling history, select three dots next to calls to add contacts or block callers.
Select a call to view voicemail transcript or listen to the message.
If you have delegated lines or are a member of a call group, you'll see all lines here.
Dial a number or extension, or type in a name to call.

From the Phone tab in the Zoom app, use the keypad to place an outgoing call.
Zoom Phone has a contact directory and offers convenient call-by-name functionality.
Navigate to the Phone tab in the Zoom app.
Above the keypad, start typing a person’s name to search the directory. Alternatively, type in an extension number or full number for an outside contact.
Select the contact to place a call.

When you receive a call, a pop-up will display. Answer the call by selecting Accept.
You can also Decline the call, or close the pop-up window to ignore the call.

Select the dropdown arrow next to your phone number at the bottom of the call screen to change your outbound caller ID, including to the main Smith phone number or shared line groups of which you are a member.
While in a call, you'll see various options available (keypad, mute, speaker, etc), similar to what you see when on a call from a smartphone.

There are 3 options for transferring calls with Zoom phone:
Warm transfer: Places the call on hold while you complete the transfer. This option is useful if you need to navigate an automated answering machine for the caller or if you want to speak to the receiving party before your call is transferred.
Blind transfer: Transfers the call to the specified number and immediately hangs up.
Transfer to voicemail: Transfers the call to the voicemail of a specified extension.

While on a call, you can enable a live transcript in your Zoom app. The transcript is not recorded. To view, select More, then Live Transcript. For more, see Using Zoom Phone call live transcription.
You can turn a phone call into a meeting by selecting Meet on your call screen. See Elevate a call to a Zoom meeting (video).
Block numbers to avoid receiving unwanted calls.
Select the History or Voicemail tab to find the number you'd like to block.
To the right of the number you want to block, select the three dots for more options.
Select Block Number, then click Spam Calls or Other Reasons.
Select Block to confirm.
You can set up call forwarding in the Zoom app for a specific amount of time, or until further notice.
Select your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then select Forward Calls. Select one of the following:
Forward incoming calls to a name, number, or extension
Enter a name or number for call forwarding
Enter a specific duration that you'd like calls forwarded for, or Always for the setting to be active until you turn it off.
If you'd like the call to go to your voicemail if unanswered (as opposed to the person the call is forwarded to), toggle that on.
Select Turn On
Forward incoming calls to voicemail or videomail
Your default voicemail greeting will be used.
Enter a specific duration that you'd like calls forwarded for, or Always for the setting to be active until you turn it off.
Select Turn On
You'll see a message at the top of your app indicating that call forwarding is on.
To stop forwarding calls, select Turn off.
You can also set up standard or recurring call forwarding in the Zoom Web Portal - see the Zoom Phone Settings page for instructions.
If you are a delegate for another person or a member of a shared line group, you can see the information for all of the lines you use in the Zoom app.
Select your profile picture or letter in the upper right corner to view your call groups and adjust your availability.
To see other lines that you manage or shared groups that you are a part of:
From the Zoom app menu, select Phone.
From the left-side Phone menu, select Lines.
If you have delegated lines or are part of a shared line group or queue, you will see that information listed below your primary line.

To access your voicemail in the Zoom app, select the Voicemail heading. Select a call to listen or view the voicemail transcript.

To download Zoom on your mobile device, visit the Zoom Download Center or head to the App Store or Google Play.
To sign in to Zoom, select Sign in and Continue with SSO. Enter smith as the Company domain name and select Continue. A browser window will open, and you may need to log in with your Smith credentials—follow the prompts to launch the application.
To access the phone user interface and call features, tap the Phone icon on the bottom bar. You may need to select More (three dots) to see the Phone.
