Submit a Ticket
When you select one of the request buttons, a form will open with specific fields tailored to the type of service request you’ve chosen. Fill out the details and submit your request—once you do, the ticketing system will create a support ticket and route it to the most appropriate IT team. You’ll get a confirmation email with your ticket number for future reference. Each time a team member responds or posts a status update, you’ll receive an email message.

Summer Hours: M/W/Th/F: 8 a.m.-noon, 1-4 p.m.; Tues: 10 a.m.-noon, 1-4 p.m.
M/W/Th/F: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; 1:00 to 4:30 p.m.
Tues: 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; 1:00 to 4:30 p.m.
From August 12-20, access to Seelye Hall will be restricted. If you need a OneCard or in-person support, you must first make an appointment by calling 413-585-4487 or emailing ithelp@smith.edu. Walk-in services will resume on August 21 when Seelye Hall fully reopens.
