Great news! All Smith employees and students now have full access to Adobe Express Premium, a cloud-based visual content creation and design tool. Use it to: create newsletters, flyers, course projects, portfolios, infographics, edit photos, and more. Users can also access premium features and thousands of templates and Adobe Stock images. All Smith community members can now schedule Zoom Meetings directly from Google Calendar events. This includes calendars that you manage on behalf of others. To get started, see Zoom Meetings for instructions on connecting your Smith Zoom account to your Google account. Note that this is different from the Zoom Chrome extension that you may have installed previously (we recommend removing the extension if you enable the Zoom app for Google).
Remember to stay vigilant about Cybersecurity—you play an essential role in keeping our community safe. If an email message is suspicious, don't click, and more importantly, never accept or approve a Duo request you did not initiate. If you receive a Duo request you did not personally initiate, deny it immediately and follow our instructions at Fraud Prevention with Duo.

This policy outlines the behaviors, practices, expectations, and requirements for all who use Smith’s technology resources. All Smith affiliates are required to affirm their agreement with this policy annually. Those who do not will lose access to their Smith account.
