ITS evaluates AI tools for non-public data use; these approved classifications are listed in the table below. When choosing an AI tool, match the security level of your data with the tool's allowed data classification. The levels listed below apply only to the Smith-licensed versions of these tools, not to publicly available versions. You must be signed in using your Smith account.
Confidential data cannot be used in AI tools unless the CIO/Counsel has made an exception based on a specific use case/tool.

A research and thinking tool that is grounded in the sources provided, capable of connecting information in a single place. Sources can be websites, YouTube videos, PDF files, images, docs, audio, and more.
Can be used to:
Generate study guides, briefings, mind maps, video overviews, and even podcast-style audio to analyze, organize, and comprehend information.
