Joining her Freshman year, Cadet Anna Redman quickly demonstrated excellent leadership and rose to the position of Assistant Drill Team Commander. In her Sophomore year, she assumed command of the Drill Team and further Senior Enlisted Leader (SEL), tasked with forming the battalion for the Battalion Commanding Officer during Company Formations. As a junior, she became the first cadet to be made Battalion Operations Officer (OPSO) during the Annual Change of Command and has planned unit-based events for both years including Dark Ages Dinner, Military Ball, and other special events. 

Cadet Anna Redman is a Leadership Academy graduate and returned the following summer as an aide. Going into her senior year, Cadet Redman was appointed as the Battalion Commanding Officer (CO) for the Hornet Battalion and will serve that rank through the School Year of '23-'24. 

As CO, some of her responsibilities include: 

• Setting the highest standards for performance, conduct, appearance, military bearing, and courtesy.

• Overseeing the direction of the entire Unit. 

• Assuming command during Company Formations.

Joining late in her Sophomore year, Cadet Dominique Guenther quickly exceeded expectations after taking on the role of Assistant to the Administrative Officer. Just weeks prior to Area Manager Inspection (AMI), she not only promoted to Administrative Officer (AdminO) and Senior Enlisted Leader (SEL), but also managed to prepare the entire battalion for Administrative Inspection.

Delivering not only portions of the Cadet Brief, Cadet Guenther earned the Unit an 'Outstanding' score for Administration. Serving as the AdminO through her Junior Year, she was most recently promoted to Battalion Executive Officer (XO) in the March 2023 Change of Command Ceremony for the School Year of '23-'24.

As XO, some of her responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the direction of all Cadet Staff and Officers.

• Editing and making changes to both the Unit Handbook and Unit Website.
