The Great Mills High School Symphonic Band is an ensemble made up of students with either previous band experience or who are new to band. The ensemble is primarily comprised of 9th & 10th grade students. The basics of musicianship, music theory, and instrument pedagogy will be reinforced through the performance of new and classic band literature at concerts, school assemblies, and assessment festivals. Scheduled before/after school rehearsals are a requirement for this ensemble.
