7th & 8th Grade Career Guest Speaker
Mona Weber from the CSM Health Sciences and Nursing program (Hughesville campus) will be here on Tuesday, September 16, from 10:00 to 10:45 in the Cafe for a career presentation.
Interested 7th & 8th-grade students who signed up in their science classes last week will be called to the Cafe just after 10:00.

Referrals to Tier 2 services: school counseling, behavior interventions, etc.
Students who are experiencing difficulty with social and emotional skills and this is negatively impacting learning can be referred to our Tier 2 team.
Our Tier 2 team will review concerns, analyze student data, and propose strategies and/or interventions that may help a student achieve greater success.
Any Tier 2 referral will receive a response within three school days.

Our CPCS CARES and uniform closets collects items that families may need throughout the year. You can complete requests any time!

If you are concerned about a student who is having difficulties that impact learning, you can submit a referral to our Tier 2 team.
Complete a Request for Assistance (RFA) on paper or in the form.
You will receive a reply within three days.
Student data will be reviewed at our monthly Tier 2 meeting and recommendations and/or interventions will be proposed by the team.
CPCS CARES
Our CARES program offers clothing, assistance, resources, essentials and snack sacks for students and families in need.
We rely on the generosity of our school community, which donates needed items.
