Summer Meals Registration - FREE
Register for SMCPS’s free summer meals program, starting on June 17, for youth aged 18 or younger.
Maryland SUN Bucks Application
Maryland SUN Bucks helps families with school-aged children who receive free or reduced-price meals buy groceries during the summer break when school meals are unavailable. You can apply online - click here!
Families who qualify for the Maryland SUN Bucks program will receive $40 for June, July, and August (a total of $120) for each eligible student.
If you have any questions, call 1-800-332-6347 and select the Maryland SUN Bucks option.
Tier 2 Requests for Assistance
If you have a student who is having chronic difficulties that impact learning and academics, you can refer the student to our Tier 2 team for review.
Complete a Request for Assistance (RFA) on paper or in the form.
Student data will be reviewed at our monthly Tier 2 meeting, and recommendations and/or interventions will be proposed by the team.
CPCS CARES
Our CARES program offers clothing, assistance, resources, essentials, and snack sacks for students and families in need.
We rely on the generosity of our school community, which donates needed items.
