“Find a group of people who challenge and inspire you, spend a lot of time with them, and it will change your life forever.” - Amy Poehler
Goal: This week students will continue our discussion about relationships with a focus on effective teamwork. We will discuss group work and how we can use both the similar and differing strengths of our group members to develop good group dynamics and achieve the group's goals.
Objective: At the end of this week students will be able to describe how varying strengths, both their own and those of their group's members, can affect collaboration dynamics. Students will reflect on what strengths they "bring to the table" during group work and how they can look for other complementary strengths in their collaborators.
IDEA(2) Focus: How can diverse teams work effectively?
