"Humanity looks to works of art to shed light upon its path and its destiny."

The Arts curriculum is in a digital PDF format and is available from the Ministry of Education curriculum site.
Understanding The Arts curriculum document, consider how you will:
use the three approaches to Arts education (pages 5 and 6)
provide opportunities for: creating and presenting/performing; reflecting, analysing and responding; exploring form and cultural context (pages 13 and 14)
use the creative (pages 20 to 22) and critical analysis (pages 23 to 28) processes in teaching
The Arts Curriculum (2009) states, "Teachers routinely use materials that reflect the diversity of Canadian and world cultures, including those of contemporary First Nation, Métis, and Inuit peoples, and ensure that students have access to such material."
