Make sure that the desk is organized, cleaned, and ready to be opened
Key Audit and Inventory
(Key Card Building) At least 10 lockout keys at all times
Full Key Audit
Do keys match cores, and are codes accurate. If missing keys
Aux Keys
Kitchen Key 1 (118A)
Conference Space Keys 4 (work for Classroom 134, Classroom 136, Conference Room 132, MPR 141, Living Room 116A)
Faculty/Tutoring Spaces 2 Keys (129, 131)

Supplies list: needs for desk (Pens, Staples, Ect.) Submit list of supplies for the desk to Coordinator
DW expectations: Build up from the basics provided in the manual
Office Hours, update your Outlook calendar with your weekly 10 office hours (only 2 of which can be at the desk)
Desk "Bulletin Board": Include RA/DW/Allied/Custodial pictures & names
DW Hiring & Paperwork: Make sure that DW hiring paperwork is completed, and that team is full

Schedule Desk Hours & Establish Shift Change Process
Set meeting time for Desk Workers for when necessary
Common Space work orders and follow up (Desk, Classrooms, Conference Rooms, Living Room, Kitchen, Tutoring/Faculty Spaces, Work Spaces )
Take images of spaces that can be reserved and add them to the space reservation page.
Add processes to the Desk Tabs here (can just be a link to the Desk Site if it is the same)
