Many students are eager to understand how they can be engaged in the community in a time when the need is great, but when volunteer opportunities look different because of social distancing.

- Assisting people who are home bound during the pandemic through grocery delivery, calling to check on health concerns, and making virtual visits
- Acting as a facility-entry screener at the American Red Cross Blood Center
- Other opportunities to engage the community which are less directly related to the COVID-19 pandemic
