Cura personalis is a Latin phrase often heard at Jesuit universities and can be translated to mean “care for the [other] person”, or care for others. Care for others is not just for classmates, but also for faculty, staff, those working in the dining halls, and more. We also know that our actions at SLU have a real impact on our neighbors in the St. Louis community. Cura personalis is why everyone is being asked to follow public health guidelines at SLU.
