**All information below, excluding the Scout Oath and Law, is under the Rover Handbook created during the Batch 2018-2019.**
The Saint Louis University Laboratory Senior High School Rover Scouts was first formed on the months of September and October under the leadership of Rover Leader Arthur Vince Sanlao. It was established as a transition club, from the SLU-LHS (Junior High) Senior Scouting movement, as a means of advancement to a higher level of scouting program.
As Louisian rovers, we are expected to follow the school’s vision and mission along with the scout oath and law. As scouts of SLU, we follow the traditions of SLU Boys High School, the school preceding SLU Junior and Senior High School, which incorporates traditions and ways from the old ROTC and CAT subjects of SLU.
Therefore, to be accepted as a Louisian Rover Scout, you must agree to uphold these traditions, values, and instructions written in this document.
