The SLU Rover Scouts comprises three different circles, aiming for the betterment of the Scouting Movement of Louisians.
CIRCLE 049 COLOR GUARDS AND RIFLE CORPS
"Victoria Per Excellentiam"
The SLU Rover Scouts Circle 049 are given the titles "Riflemen" and “Color Guards”. Scouts who are in this circle encompasses a one-of-a-kind skills in handling Rifles and commands. With great snappiness, Circle 049 is also in the lead for exciting activities such as Silent Drills and Entrance of Colors.

The SLU Rover Scouts Circle 050, also known as the Internal Affairs, handles the majority of paperwork of the Rover Scouts. Punishments are also being suggested by them. The majority of members of the Media Team belong to this circle.
Scouts in this circle are expected to be the most disciplined among all scouts. They strive to be the best not just among the three circles but to the entire Scouting Movement.

"In Arduis Fidelis"
The SLU Rover Scouts of Circle of 051 also known as Medical Corps are in charge of handling medical emergencies. Therefore, being part of Circle 051 requires a Rover who is diligent, competent, and takes initiative. During certain situations when a person needs medical attention, a Rover should be attentive and lend assistance. The Goal of Circle 051 is “Forming Leaders and Lifesavers".

Patient Carry and Transport Training
Basic Life Support Training with & without Automated External Defribrillator
Circle Advantage:
Scouts within this Circle receives training in emergency first aid and protocols for handling medical emergencies, both on and off campus. They are instructed not only in maintaining composure but also in demonstrating competence whenever assistance is required.
