We usually conduct our training after dismissals. It usually lasts for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Saturday training are also likely to happen in this administration. Mandatory training will likely be Physical, Rifle, Knot-trying, and Medical Training.
Yes. Only if your letter is approved by the Rover Leader.
To Scouts who were already vigilized, the answer is NO because you are already registered in that Circle in the Council Office. However, to other Scouts who have not yet been vigilized but have already chosen a Circle, you can only transfer once approved by the Rover Leader, providing her/him with your formal letter to transfer.
You will only be given up to 3 warnings for your inactiveness, and if you have already reached the limit, you will be called to provide the Rover Leader your excuse letter, which he/she will accept or not.
Yes. All training is for every Scout unless stated that some training is exclusively for a certain circle only.
Choosing an officer is under the jurisdiction of the Rover Leader and if she/he asks for the suggestion of her/his cabinet members. You will also be evaluated according to your points to be promoted to the next rank. Being an active Scout will also greatly help in becoming the next officer.
