Provide educational opportunities for parents or guardians of advanced learners to help them better understand their child’s unique learning needs

Provide targeted Social-Emotional supports for high achieving students
Establish a continuum of services to meet the instructional needs of high achieving students
Ensure that teachers assigned to advanced learning sections obtain specialized training in gifted education, including the gifted education endorsement
Establish a communication plan that transparently communicates program criteria and goals to parents/guardians.
Identify resources and develop curriculum to address the advanced learners needs
Create a system that allows for continuous review of identification processes, service delivery models, and outcomes for high achieving students
Provide regular opportunities for enrichment teachers to collaborate
Create a systematic, targeted and multi-phased implementation plan
