Special Events Policy and Form for on-campus events
In the event of any reported criminal activity involving any recognized off-campus SJSU event, UPD will make every reasonable effort to obtain reports and information from the responding law enforcement jurisdiction. If no report was made, UPD will make an informational report and contact the law enforcement agency in whose primary jurisdiction the event occurred.
Alert SJSU is the University’s system for alerting students, staff and faculty in the event of an emergency that threatens the health and safety of the campus community. Emergency information and instructions will be sent utilizing one or more of the components of the Alert SJSU system. To update your information, please log onto to your MySJSU account selecting Alert-SJSU.
