Offline help
A GP, as well as a pupil guidance centre know their way around the social services and can refer you if you could use in-depth psychosocial support or if you need to be admitted for treatment. They can then refer you to, among others:
Mental Health Centres
These centres provide assistance to people with serious mental health problems. Each team consists of one or more psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers.
A psychiatric hospital
A psychiatric hospital provides treatment and care if you have serious mental health problems. A psychiatric hospital has at its disposal a psychiatrist, a psychologist, a social worker and a nurse, among others.
Social workers such as psychiatrists or psychologists sometimes also work privately. Again, your GP can show you the way.
