Forest bathing in Sala, Sweden:

Our international group was sent on a day in the forest without access to digital devices. Reconnecting with nature and each other was the intent of the day.

Art workshop in Debrecen, Hungary:

Our international group joined an art workshop without any digital devices. This created unity and focus on each other.

Drama workshop in Debrecen, Hungary:

Our international group engaged in a drama workshop to overcome cyber bullying by means of play. In the end, this resulted in a group session in which improvisation became a key component. The incorporation of music and dance made it a real teambuilding activity in the end!

Erasmus+ activity in Sala (Sweden) and Debrecen (Hungary)

Our international group got an invitation from different families to join a resp. Swedish/Hungarian family for dinner. Again, no digital devices allowed, we focused on having a decent conversation with each other.

Introductory and farewell games, sports

Through sports and games, students got to know each other and focused on group play instead of on digital devices. A perfect warmup for a week full of groupwork.

Visits to Stockholm & Eger

Through visits of new cities and surroundings, students engaged in both conversations with each other as well as in the local atmosphere. They did not need their phones (apart from taking pictures), so it again was a digital detox activity.
