About Sra. Olea

I was born in Santiago, Chile, where I grew up speaking, playing, singing and even dreaming in Spanish. I enjoy teaching about the cultures of the countries where Spanish is spoken, including their history, traditions, art and music. I have a master's degree in Foreign Language Education from the University of Kansas. My husband and I are proud parents of three Saint John graduates.

Soy la maestra de español y soy de Santiago, Chile. Tengo muy buenos recuerdos de haber crecido en mi país rodeada del amor de mis abuelitos, tíos y primos. Me encanta incorporar música, arte y tradiciones de Latinoamérica en mis lecciones. Tengo un máster en educación de idiomas extranjeros de la Universidad de Kansas. Mi esposo y yo somos padres de tres hijas que se graduaron de Saint John.
