Really Half cooked

The easiest way to manipulate Muslims is by using name of Islam.

Some important words that one should be cautious of are

(More to come on each one later inshAllah)

- Ishq-e-Rasool SA (or Bughz-e-Rasool SA)

- Ishq-e-Ahl-e-Bait (or Bughz-e-Ahl-e-Bait)

- Ishq-e-Sahaba or Khulafa-e-Rahideen (Bughz-e-Sahaba or Khulafa-e-Rahideen)

- Khilafat

- Shirk

- Nifaaz-e-Shariat

- Sharah-e-Sadr

Our personality is multi-layered. One thing is our view of our self. Many things about our own self are not known to us until we are criticized, praised, defeated, successful, happy, sorrow etc. If we analyze our own behavior under different states we might be able to know our mean self better.

Legitimacy of an effort:

Below is a response to someone who forwarded this declaration http://www.ninth-may-declaration.info/home/

Let’s say that this message gets forwarded to some Ehl-e-quwwat. And let’s say a group of Ehl-e-quwwat topples this government and declare Khilafat. They choose the best person in that group to be Khalifa. Islamically, would that person be more legitimate person to be Khalifa than Zardari? No matter how bad he is, Zardari is outcome of Shura (Voting) of Pakistani Muslims. The other person no matter how good he is, would be outcome of a coup without Shura of Muslims.

The envelop analogy..

The middle ground fallacy..

Being judgmental: The pros and cons of our brain's capability to do the average analysis automatically based on simple correlations. Its help in decision making and chances of failure. Compare it to object oriented thinking and decide only when required. Analyze based on type of decisions where should both approaches stand.

- Norms and Exceptions, Bits per symbol (entries in right and left half brain?) based on relative importance.. Manual thought and Automation (i.e. Foreground thought and

automated background calculations). Settlement of new thoughts into background.

To be added:

- Thoughts on existence of creator

- Importance of accepting "I don't know". Seriousness of saying something about God that we don't know..

- Importance of first choice.

- Nested barriers in problem solving: A set of simple missing links at different levels might take more time to correct than a single complex link.

- Importance of conditional probability in how our mind works.. Discussion from simple case of decision making on more probable outcomes to the question of whether we really exist or not..

- The shifting moderate stance: How "moderate stance" can shift over time when new generation defines older moderate to be extreme.

- In many cases a variable previously unknown to humans -- which in reality might be continuous in nature -- but at the first step is realized as discrete set of values. At that point in time those discrete values are a valuable addition to human knowledge explaining previously unexplained phenomenon. Later on -- since now humans can appreciate the presence of that variable -- someone does a fine grained analysis of the discrete values and comes up to show that the axis was actually continuous or more granular than previously thought.

- Layered and Monolithic designs.

- Typecasting void pointers..

- Free will/Libertarianism vs Addictions, Communitarianism..
