Some places I can apply:
Application time periods and processes vary per institution. The majority of institutions accept an application under their career opportunities section on their website listed under a position called "Nurse Intern" or "Nurse Extern". Although, some institutions prefer to be emailed an application and may not be found under careers. Therefore do not limit your search to only the websites career section!
Position openings may be available as early as January whereas other institutions may just begin their application process in April.
Below is a list of institutions that are commonly known for offering an extern/intern position. Please do not limit your search to this list only. Many institutions that did not once offer this position are starting a program and beware that some institutions may even chose to no longer offer the position.
For questions regarding a position, it may be beneficial to call an institutions main phone number and ask for either nursing recruitment or human resources.
