I have an issue when copying files to a USB drive on Windows 10. I have tried to implement many solutions but have so far found no answer. I shall put as much information as I can. Please leave a comment if you want to discuss this issue. It would be great if you have a working solution.
This shows the hardware in my PC.
I have just updated my BIOS and I keep Windows 10 updated on a regular basis.
My motherboard supports
USB 3.1 Gen 2
I have turned off RDC API support to check if the issue is resolved but alas no, problem still persists.
Conclusion. Sad to say but the problem lies totally with the USB Flash Drive. The replacement USB drive works perfectly well and achieves speed of approx. 40MB/s
