Is Windows not behaving as expected?

Windows functions not working properly?

These may be the symptoms of system file corruption.

If you run the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) all Windows Resource Protection files will be checked.

You will need to run this as Administrator from Command prompt. So start by WinButton+X

then Command Prompt Admin

In the CMD prompt type

SFC /SCANNOW press return

wait till the command finishes and exit CMD prompt and restart.
