ID Badge
The department is currently undergoing renovations and while our mailboxes are currently unavailable, you can find your badge in a sealed envelope, taped to the door of office number 662, for Brittany Williams, on your start date. I am in office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays beginning at 7 AM; and I work remotely on Tuesdays and Fridays. When you arrive for your rotation, ask the chief/senior resident or fellow where the office for Brittany Williams on the sixth floor of the Faculty Office Tower (FOT) is; or where the kitchen is. Brittany’s office is just off the kitchen and is labeled.
DEA – Open M-F, 8-430p
The pharmacy is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. After you’ve received your ID badge, make your way to the Pharmacy department to pick up your DEA number. You will receive two copies of your number. Once received, please send me a copy of the form the DEA team designates for your program manager/coordinator. You can either secure email this to me or leave a copy on my desk. I cannot submit a request for ePrescribe access without your DEA number so it’s very important that I receive a copy of your number. Directions to the pharmacy are below.
The pharmacy office is on the 3rd floor of Doan, room 368. After you receive your ID badge from ID processing, make your way to the nearest information desk and ask for directions to the Doan Hall elevators. Once there, take the elevators to the 3rd floor. When you exit, turn right, and follow the signs to pharmacy administration. When you arrive to pharmacy, use the call box to inform the staff that you’re a rotating resident picking up there DEA number. Be sure to take your med center badge and have your pager number ready. A virtual pager will be assigned to you but in the event that it’s not ready when you pick up your DEA number, please provide your institution pager number.
CampusParc – Parking Pass
