J tube unclogging
take 4fr glide cath from IR suite with a 035 glidewire. if you only have angled end then cut it off.
Pass the glide wire by seldinger techique as far as possible, then pass catheter over the wire as far as possible. This will stiffen things and you can pass the wire a little further. Then pull wire out and take 3ml syringe and flush through the end of the glide cath. allows to generate more PSI further distally than otherwise.
Both wire getting passed and increased PSI flush usually opens things up.
