Volunteers Needed Weeks of 7/28 & 8/8/14

Our marching band season is right around the corner and that means band camp is almost upon us. it is that time of the year that the kids get ready to practice their show. This year, camp will be weekdays the weeks of July 28 and August 4.

As we do at every band camp, we will be having a snack stand this year. it is time for people to step up and help run it for the two weeks. We generally run it in the morning through lunch and then close it up.

Ellen Kiley will be running it this year as she has in the past and is looking to hear from any parents who can help out. Please contact Ellen at whhsbpo+vicepresident@gmail.com to let her know your availability to help out.

The next item on the list: We need a merchandise coordinator for the BPO. if anyone is interested in doing this, please email me at whhsbpo+president@gmail.com ASAP. I have all the merchandise down in the band's storage locker and can easily get it to whoever volunteers to do this.
