Volunteers are needed to work PPG Paints Arena
We have a unique opportunity! PPG Arena reached out for some NPO assistance for their NCAA March Madness games. They are looking for assistance for two days:
Thursday, March 15th--9:30am to 11pm-- payout is $180/person
Saturday, March 17th-- 7 hour shift-- Report time and payout information is still TBD.
Sign Up: Everyone must volunteer as soon as possible to be included on the roster.--- Please indicate your shirt size in your response, i. e. Pippi Longstocking (M). Bring your Heinz Field black hat with you. If you do not have a hat, please indicate when you sign up. You must wear black pants [no yoga pants] and closed toe shoes. Dress comfortable as the day is long and busy. Be sure to wear a short or long sleeved shirt and socks. Jewelry is to be kept to a minimum with no large rings, dangly bracelets, or long earrings as they are a safety hazard. We must abide by the Heinz Field staff dress code. The stadium clear bag policy, http://heinzfield.com/guest-services/clear-bag-policy/, is in effect for all volunteers, staff, and visitors. You must be RAMP or TEAM trained.
Questions: If you have other questions, contact Donna Kefalos whbpo.heinzcoordinator@gmail.com or 412-889-2448. To change your sign up, email whhsbpo@gmail.com. Failure to call off with advanced notice (less than 48 hours) and no shows on game day create a significant disruption to our staffing. Please be courteous of each other's time.
