Frozen Fruit Smoothies

1 frozen banana

1 c. frozen blueberries

1 c. frozen strawberries*

About 1 c. skim milk or apple juice

*Note: Can substitute raspberries, blackberries, currants, gooseberries (or any combination of your choice) for the strawberries. Use skim milk for a creamier smoothie or apple juice for a stronger fruity flavor. Use less liquid for a thicker smoothie or more liquid for a thinner one. Combine ingredients and blend until smooth. Makes 2 smoothies.
