SnowSweet

Snowsweet is a Sharon x Connell Red cross and was released in 2006 by the University of Minnesota. It ripens about 2 weeks after Honeycrisp (which was also developed by the University of Minnesota). The apple is a flattened shape, averages 3 inches in diameter, and is about 75-80% bronze-red blush over a green-yellow background. The bright white flesh has a crisp texture and excellent, rich flavor.
